I mean we can't do with external peripheral treatments and even positive and constructive thinking...we need a change at the core.... a cooling off... a drying up of the source... Jesus did it for me... :-) So the heart is at the heart of the matter…

therefore…we can say….
a volcano is at the heart of the matter!!!
