In the Bible, one of the earliest and the most manifest presence of God experienced by mankind was when God appeared to Moses in a ‘Burning Bush’ on Mt. Sinai. And what better way to be known as a dedicated group of musicians and singers that stand and minister before the Lord in worship than ‘The Burning Bush’.

As one of the many ministerial wings of the Bangalore-based Face2Face Foundation, The Burning Bush, led by Ray Williams, seeks to lead the Body of Christ into the ‘throne’ room of worship. They follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in the direction of worship. Their style is modern worship music; diverse electric and acoustic sounds with emphasis on prophetic worship. The skilled musicians and worshipers bring together a creative mix of contemporary and original praise and worship songs.

From conducting International School of Worships (iSoWs) with global music bands to leading people into 24 hours 7 days continuous worship sessions, The Burning Bush has been ministering in vast ways across the country, with a desire to bring people in an intimate relationship with God through worship.

A tightly woven group of spirit-filled believers who are of different backgrounds, ages and anointing, come together for one purpose: to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and bring Him glory with their talents, the band is led by a man himself dependent on God’s daily provision – Ray Williams.

Though raised up in a missionary family, it was during his tumultuous years in University that he began to experience a whole new dimension of Christian living. Many financial hardships and life threatening accidents were turned around by God’s mercy into firm building blocks of a new concept in life.

The call to a greater purpose in life of serving the interests of a greater Kingdom kept chiming in his heart every passing day. Finally, at a powerful revival in Cochin in 2003, Ray committed his life to full time ministry of the good news of the Gospel. Along with Ray and his wife Benzy, the Burning Bush band aims to set the atmosphere in meetings and lead the Body of Christ into the presence of God through prophetic praise and worship.

As one of its ministries, the vision is to raise up true prophetic worshipers and release prophetic songs (according to Acts 2, Eph. 4, and Rev. 10) and bring the Church into a place of worship where many will have a genuine encounter with God.

The Burning Bush will be in Ahmedabad on September 29th and 30th, 2011. Do not miss it.
